Hello! Thanks for taking the time to visit my page today! I am looking very forward to becoming your friend and possibly new breeder. I am located in Southern Illinois, a small town located in the middle of farm country. I care deeply for my dogs and my community! It is important that we are there to support one another, that is why I am dedicated to producing quality family companions. You can have peace of mind to know you are putting your trust in an experienced breeder and trainer of 22 years! I have taken the time to health test my canines, compare genetics and evaluate each dog I pair to have bred to ensure quality health, temperment and personality.

Each Doberman we bring into our breeding program has had parents that have been health test evaluated. We then use Embark Vet labs to health test our Dobermans before we carefully select each dog for breeding. Our females are over the age of 2 before bred. Fully vetted and fully health tested. We want to help Educate all new owners about Doberman healthcare so we widely share our health results and will explain anything you want to know!

A Furever Friend
Every litter I produce is important to me, I take great care in all my puppies. I keep a tight schedule for my dogs to ensure they are started with routine training. We wake up at the same time everyday and go to sleep at the same time everyday so puppies will be adjusted to the natural cycle of the sun. We introduce water by 4 weeks old along with mush to ween them from mom. By 5 weeks they are on soft foods, 6 weeks crunchy and 7-8 weeks full kibble. They will be exposed to all sorts of sounds, sights and touches to enhance their experiences before coming home along with held and played with by a variety of ages in people to ensure proper socializing. We will ensure your puppy is given vet care for all workings, shots or surgeries. We also offer all deposit paid customers live video streams of their puppy 24/7 to see how we raise train and prepare your new baby. You can feel secure in seeing your puppy is in a clean safe environment indoors with its litter mates til 8 weeks of age.

I am committed to serve you! You are not just getting a puppy from us when you adopt, your getting a friend to offer you breeder support and training advice for the life of your Doberman as well as a healthy, happy best friend!
Each Adult Doberman we have is Embark Health Tested Before planned breeding. We study genetics to pair our dams with the best studs to create outstanding stock for your family, to work or to show. We Guarantee Our females are clear of all Doberman related diseases. For our Show European Dobermans we also test OFA hips/Elbows and thyroid yearly.

We have the most amazing vet ever!! Chester Animal Clinic in Chester Illinois has been caring for my pets for over 15 years. We take great pride and trust in our Vets work. Our Vet will dock puppy’s tail at 3 days old, along with remove declaws. Puppy’s will have Three health evaluations, age appropriate shots and worming.
Fun fact: ALL Dobermans are born with naturally floppy ears, in order for them to stand ( like the classic doberman look) they must be “ Cropped” by a Veterinarian. The crop will all depend on you and your vet.
Our vets Do Not Offer Crop. We suggest you find a highly reviewed surgeon ( please ensure you see photos of their work too!) to establish the type of look you prefer for your Doberman so your vet can help you train the ears to stand after the surgery. It’s very important you are prepared to Care for your puppy‘s cropped ears. We can solely only offer you experience advice and personal opinions when it comes to your choice. We are in no way responsible for the outcome of your puppy’s crop when you have it done at your vet. Puppy will leave breeders home with All Natural ears. Ear crop deadline is at 14 weeks so we highly recommend you find a highly recommended Ear Crop veterinary before puppy is coming home at 8 weeks.
We only offer FULL Registration. We do not like the spay/neuter contracts that keep people from using their pet as they see fit so we will only sell our puppies with full registration.
American litters range between 1500-2000
Full European Show Quality Litters 2500-4000
Stud we use per breeding dictates the price of puppies. Stud with working titles and show winnings will be much higher in comparison to a American litter for family.
Not a lot of new customers are familiar with Zfactor. Zfactor means the puppy has the first white Doberman “Sheba “ Cream/White gene in their background and if bred can produce white coated icy blue eyed puppies. Now there’s a lot of up and downs about the White Doberman. We here at HeartLand Dobermans do not breed the white Doberman but have the possibility to create white Doberman puppies through our Z factor melanistic female. I will tell you from personal experience with Zfactor Dobermans they Are no different in health, personality or drive.
NonZ Factor Dobermans are Dobermans that have never been crossed with the white gene so remain “ more pure” to Doberman enthusiasts. Customers who prefer NonZ use these dogs for show, competitions and work.
We are not only breeders we are trainers! Which mean from the time puppies open they eyes and move more about to explore their world we begin to introduce them to various sounds, sites, touches and commands. We wake up every morning at 7am to let the adults out and feed them then greet puppies! They will become accustomed to waking at 7am. Having three regular meals ( from milk to mush to soft to solid), learning basic commands like here, sit, wait, outside. We begin crate training And potty training at 6 weeks old. Puppies will be individually worked with on the name you picked so they are adjusted to their call. They will also be accustomed to going to bed at 8pm. We keep to a very strict routine to ensure happy puppies! And you can see it love 24/7 with our live on puppy cam available to all deposit paid customers
When your puppy reaches 8 weeks of age and is ready to meet you, you have the option to come to our home to meet us and Doberman mom. We offer free delivery of your puppy 20 miles from our home. We also offer delivery. We do not use a 3rd party transportation service. We will refuse for anyone else outside you ( the buyer) and Us ( The breeder ) to handle puppy in transit to their home. We charge $150 daily handling fee and 50cents A mile to Your home. We have hand delivered our puppies all over the US! At this time we do not offer air transportation unless you are willing to have me fly the entire way with puppy. We can not export puppies to other counties at this time, we are sorry for any Inconvenience this causes. We are going to try to open exports for puppies in the future.
Puppy Adoption Application
This application allows us to get to know you in a noninvasive manner so we have an idea of the life you will provide for your Doberman. We take so care so much about our dogs we make absolute sure each puppy is placed in the right home. Don’t worry your application comes home with you in your puppy’s papers packet if approved so we don’t keep your personal information! However If you are uncomfortable filling out an application we completely understand but we will not be able to sell you a puppy. Applicants never apply again after being approved. You will get first pick before new customers to all future litters.
*Note: One puppy per home per litter. ( we do not sell siblings absolutely no excepetions)

We announce all planned breedings, litter updates and available puppies. Please take into consideration we care greatly for our dogs so we will ask to do an application/interview process with you upon time to place a deposit on an available puppy. We do not accept deposits until application is approved. Thank you!
